EclipseByMoonsun Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we understand and are here to help!
RETURNS: You have up to 3 weeks to return an item you were not entirely satisfied with, but it must remain in the same condition in which you received it. Please attach a photo or screenshot of the receipt as well.
REFUNDS: Once we receive your item, we will inspect in and promptly notify you of the item's status. If approved, we will refund you 100% of the cost within a certain time frame dictated by your card's issuer policies.
SHIPPING: As shipping costs are non-refundable, we ask that return shipping costs of returned items be the responsibility of the shopper.

You agree that by purchasing an item from EclipseByMoonsun or otherwise interacting with EclipseByMoonsun, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from interacting with EclipseByMoonsun. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the page. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control, including Etsy or any third party services you access through Etsy or through EclipseByMoonsun. Additionally, we will make every reasonable effort to inform you when we interact with third parties with your information; however, you are solely responsible for reviewing, understanding, and agreeing to or not agreeing to any third-party privacy policies.

To fulfill your order, you must provide us with certain information, such as your name, e-mail address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information from time to time if you contact us directly.
